RISK DISCLAIMER

Any liability shall expressly be disclaimed for risks from investment transactions or other dispositions, which the Client makes on the basis of an information or a market analysis. Any and all information is provided on a general basis without obligation and without a concrete recommendation for action.

In light of the risks, you should undertake such transactions only if you understand the nature of the contracts (and contractual relationships) into which you are entering and the extent of your exposure to risk. Trading in futures and options is not suitable for many members of the public. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources and other relevant circumstances.

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRADING ELECTRONICALLY

Before you engage in transactions using an electronic system, you should carefully review the rules and regulations of the exchanges offering the system and/or listing the instruments you intend to trade. Online trading has inherent risk due to system response and access times that may vary due to market conditions, system performance, and other factors. You should understand these and additional risks before trading.

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRADING THE STOCK MARKET

Tradeciety does not accept liability for any loss or damage, including without limitation any loss of profit, which may arise directly or indirectly from use of or reliance on aforementioned opinions, news, research, analyses, prices, or other information offered by tradeciety.

All investments involve risk, and the past performance of a security, industry, sector, market, financial product, trading strategy, or individual’s trading does not guarantee future results or returns. Investors are fully responsible for any investment decisions they make. Such decisions should be based solely on an evaluation of their financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs.

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH FUTURES TRADING

Transactions in futures carry a high degree of risk. The amount of initial margin is small relative to the value of the futures contract so that transactions are ‘leveraged’ or ‘geared’. A relatively small market movement will have a proportionately larger impact on the funds you have deposited or will have to deposit: this may work against you as well as for you. You may sustain a total loss of initial margin funds and any additional funds deposited with the firm to maintain your position. If the market moves against your position or margin levels are increased, you may be called upon to pay substantial additional funds on short notice to maintain your position.

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH FOREX TRADING

Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

Leverage allows traders the ability to enter into a position worth many times the account value with a relatively small amount of money. This leverage can work with you as well as against you. Even though the Forex market offers traders the ability to use a high degree of leverage, trading with high leverage may increase the losses suffered. Please use caution when using leverage in trading or investing.

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH OPTIONS TRADING

Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for all investors. Options investors may lose the entire amount of their investment in a relatively short period of time. It is possible to owe more than you have invested in your brokerage account. Please be aware of your broker’s requirements for trading options. Before you decide to invest in the options market you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a substantial loss which could total more than your initial investment in a short period of time.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge and agree that no promise or guarantee of success or profitability has been made between you and tradeciety. Testimonials as presented may not be representative of all reasonably comparative users.
